The more specific you can be about where and when, the more useful the first visit is. “Warm in the afternoon, only the back bedroom, worse since August” is worth more to us than a full description of the equipment.

Who we come out to
Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Carpinteria, Summerland, Hope Ranch, Isla Vista and Santa Ynez. If you are just outside that, ask — the answer depends on the day rather than on the boundary.
If you can smell gas
Do not use this form and do not wait for us. Leave the building, then call the gas utility from outside. That is the correct order and it is not negotiable.
